God’s servants come and go, but God is the one who accomplishes the work. Spiritual leaders have a role to play but they are instruments in God’s hands… And, as long as they are in their leadership positions, they are God’s servants. Pride has no place in service to God.

It is often through crisis a leader experiences the deepest dimension of God’s love and power. God is always seeking to work in the lives of His servants to increase their trust in Him.

A faithful life is not built upon good intentions, rededications or new years resolutions. It is established on a daily determination to so whatever God says to do. There is no shortcuts to faithfulness. Faithfulness requires a life time of daily obedience to the Lord. The accumulations of such obedience defines a mighty servant of God.
